Students should be practicing (band homework)
30 minutes minimum every day in order to progress!

Band Fees were due last week! 


Monday:

Please turn in Fundraiser packets today! No need to turn in packets if sales were done on line. Packets are only due for sales that were done with cash or check. 

Tuesday: 

7th/8th grade Pep Band Members will be given Meal form to fill out for upcoming Football Games

7th/8th grade students interested in being considered for Wind Ensemble and/or Jazz Band must submit scales recordings through Make Music.com Recordings DUE on this day! 

Students interested in the rhythm section (drum set, piano, bass guitar, and guitar) must see Mr. Prado for evaluation. 

Wednesday:

7th/8th grade Pep Band Rehearsal 3:45-5pm

Pep Band Members stay after school and report to band room after All bus loads have been called.

Friday:

6th Grade: 1st Makemusic recording DUE. Assignment has been posted to Makemusic.com. Please log on and complete by Friday. Please see video in Google Classroom for instructions on how to record.  

Students who perform on Tuba/Euphonium or percussion can do these in class. 


Upcoming:

September 18th: First Football game for Pep Band!

September 24th: Pep Band to play for Open House. Pep band members will stay after school.

September 27th: 8th grade night!
